Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

A study of the two-body decays ${B}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{X}_{c\overline{c}}{K}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}$, where ${X}_{c\overline{c}}$ refers to one charmonium state, is reported by the BABAR Collaboration using a data sample of $424\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{fb}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$. The absolute determination of branching fractions for these decays are significantly improved compared to previous BABAR measurements. Evidence is found for the decay ${B}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}X(3872){K}^{+}$ at the $3\ensuremath{\sigma}$ level. The absolute branching fraction $\mathcal{B}[{B}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}X(3872){K}^{+}]=[2.1\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.6(\text{stat})\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.3(\text{syst})]\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{\ensuremath{-}4}$ is measured for the first time. It follows that $\mathcal{B}[X(3872)\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}]=(4.1\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}1.3)%$, supporting the hypothesis of a molecular component for this resonance.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
