Abstract

Influence of sulphur compounds on structural-metabolic parameters of cryopreserved boar gametes was studied. Installed that sulfa compounds increases agility and an absolute survivability indicator of cryopreserved spermatozoa, and contributes the preservation of enzymes, raises the ability of sperm gametes, have a significant protective action on safety of co-occurrence of breath with phosphorylation. Also it increases viability of sperm after cryopreservation. The best performance is obtained with unitiolom and ditiotreitolom, then with mercaptoethanol and cisteinom.
