This research explores the present situation of education in the higher vocational colleges in Germany and it brings great influence to the de-administration reform of the higher vocational colleges in China. Then, it concludes the manifestations of de-administration reform of the higher vocational colleges in China. At the same time, it also analyzes the existing problems of de-administration in the higher vocational colleges in China. Hence, it comes up with the reform paths of the higher vocational colleges (HVC) in China.
