Abstract
Résumé Cet article présente la démarche de gestion des connaissances amorcée chez le Groupe Cossette Communication à la fin de 2003. Il tente de réconcilier les deux grands courants en gestion des connaissances et présente un exemple de dialectique entre l’approche technologique et l’approche sociale. Nous décrivons et analysons les premières étapes de l’implantation de cette démarche chez Cossette. À partir d’un mandat essentiellement technologique, le projet évolue peu à peu pour prendre en considération les dimensions critiques des dynamiques sociales et de la culture.
