Abstract
A toutes les échelles spatiales, la topographie contrastée des Petites Antilles conditionne un grand nombre de biotopes. Ces derniers accueillent de multiples formes d’organisation floristique : des espèces aux paysages, en passant par les phytocénoses et les écosystèmes. En dépit d’une forte anthropisation, cet archipel est une composante importante d’un point chaud (Hotspot) de la biodiversité planétaire : la Caraïbe. À long terme, le changement climatique aura des conséquences sur la répartition spatiale, sur le fonctionnement des espèces et des formations végétales.
