Abstract
Cette étude porte sur l'intervention des superviseurs universitaires dans la formation pratique en milieu scolaire. L'auteur dégage les axes d'orientation d'un groupe d'intervenants dans ce domaine, sous l'angle d'une médiation entre la théorie et la pratique. Il établit une catégorisation des formes d'interprétation qui illustre leur approche, en recourant à la méthode de la théorie ancrée. Les résultats apportent un éclairage quant au cadre à partir duquel l'intervention du superviseur universitaire se structure et quant au lien avec les croyances sous- jacentes au rapport entre théorie et pratique.
