Abstract
L’approche des soins par le rétablissement en santé mentale favorise de nouvelles pratiques telles que l’introduction de médiateurs de santé pairs (MSP) dans les équipes soignantes. Les compétences de ces nouveaux professionnels reposent sur un savoir expérientiel. L’article analyse certains enjeux de l’institutionnalisation de ces pratiques, en se focalisant sur certains effets de l’introduction du nouveau métier de MSP sur la dynamique des équipes médicosociales. Il analyse également les enjeux sous-jacents à la posture professionnelle d’intermédiaire entre le monde des soignants et celui des soignés, et les voies de la légitimation du métier qui sont empruntées.
