Cette étude veut vérifier l'efficacité de l'utilisation d'un système expert pour l'apprentissage de concepts de nature heuristique en sciences humaines au primaire. Un schéma expérimental comportant trois groupes, le premier recevant un enseignement traditionnel, le second utilisant le système expert développé et le troisième servant de groupe de contrôle, a été utilisé. Les résultats montrent que, pour les deux concepts con- cernés, les élèves ayant utilisé le système expert obtiennent des résultats significativement plus élevés au test critérié que ceux du groupe ayant été soumis à un enseignement traditionnel et ceux du groupe de contrôle.
