L’objectif de cette contribution sera de poser les prémisses d’une organisation de la durabilité des pratiques informationnelles en contexte professionnel. Nous tenterons de dégager quelques éléments clefs à prendre en considération pour concevoir l’accompagnement de la durabilité des pratiques informationnelles en contexte professionnel. Pour ce faire, cette contribution croisera un travail d’analyse d’un corpus sur la question fondamentale de la durabilité, avec un ensemble d’éléments que nous avons recueillis lors d’entretiens et d’analyses des systèmes d’information chez les architectes aquitains spécialisés en éco-construction. En effet, les acteurs aquitains du secteur de l’architecture éco-constructive (architectes, ingénieurs, fournisseurs, constructeurs, etc.), bien qu’ayant des pratiques informationnelles affirmées, organisent et conservent l’information de manière encore rare, sporadique, parfois même hasardeuse et fragmentée. Nous serons alors amenés à suggérer dans cette double approche pragmatique et théorique, un schéma de durabilité pour faciliter l’émergence puis le maintien de pratiques informationnelles durables. La question notamment de la constitution d’une mémoire numérique de travail, inscrivant leurs pratiques informationnelles autour des principes de durabilité, de stabilité et de transférabilité, sera évoquée.
