Abstract
Homogénéité et taille des segments sont deux conditions essentielles de la segmentation des marchés. Cependant, ces deux conditions sont souvent antinomiques : plus la taille d’un segment est importante, plus le segment en question est hétérogène et vice versa. Les responsables marketing ont donc besoin d’outils pour réaliser le compromis entre homogénéité et taille des segments. Cet article propose ainsi aux PME africaines une méthode simple et adaptée à leurs exigences.
