Abstract
Ce texte traite des diverses formes de relations que les organismes communautaires entretiennent avec d’autres ressources, institutionnelles ou communautaires, dans le projet de réorganisation du réseau de la santé et des services sociaux au Québec. Nous résumons d’abord le contexte de développement de la nouvelle dynamique partenariale entre les organismes communautaires et l’État. Nous présentons ensuite les données descriptives concernant trois types de rapports que les groupes communautaires entretiennent avec l’extérieur, de même que les collaborations ayant conduit à l’élaboration d’ententes formelles. Enfin, nous dégageons quelques remarques sur la nature, le sens et les enjeux des nouvelles transactions sociales établies entre les organismes communautaires et l’État, que ce soit dans une logique autonomiste ou complémentariste.
