Abstract
La logique traditionnelle de structuration des services sociaux et de santé enfermait leurs pratiques dans des frontières organisationnelles restrictives, alors que les organismes communautaires se sont développés dans le milieu de vie des populations. Bien que les deux types d’organisations collaborent occasionnellement, elles fonctionnent le plus souvent chacune de leur côté. Toutefois, l’évolution des besoins et leur complexité accrue ont conduit petit à petit à la valorisation de la concertation et du partenariat. Les expériences vécues montrent que cela n’est pas aisé à réaliser, particulièrement si les organismes impliqués n’y trouvent pas une reconnaissance de leur contribution spécifique.
