Abstract
Cet article se propose d’exposer comment des récits de vie peuvent contribuer à la professionnalisation de professeurs des écoles novices en particulier lors de l’enseignement de la lecture à des élèves de cours préparatoires français (6 ans). Il s’agit d’analyser ces récits de vie chez des stagiaires en reconversion, c’est-à-dire ayant exercé un autre métier auparavant et de mettre en lumière en quoi leur passé professionnel peut les aider à assumer cette tâche précise dont l’enjeu sociétal est primordial. Dans une première partie, nous exposerons notre hypothèse puis notre cadre théorique multiréférencé. Les résultats recueillis auprès de huit stagiaires en reconversion seront présentés dans une seconde partie. Enfin, ces résultats seront confrontés à d’autres appartenant à une cohorte plus large de stagiaires novices mais sans expérience préalable. La conclusion présente les matériaux qui sont encore à exploiter.
