Abstract
L'article traite de la modélisation cognitive de l'étudiant à la base de la conception des systèmes tutoriels intelligents (STI). Il fait le point sur le rôle de la modélisation dans le cadre d'un enseignement intelligemment assisté par ordinateur, sur les fonctions adaptatives d'un tel mécanisme, de même que sur les méthodes de construction des modèles de la part des étudiants qu'il importe de prendre en considération dans la conception de STI, afin d'orienter la prise de décision d'ordre pédagogique.
