La pédagogie : une source de conflits entre chefs d’établissement et enseignants ? Le cas du secondaire en France

Abstract
En France, depuis le début des années 2000, les personnels de direction de l’enseignement du second degré sont invités par les autorités de tutelle à jouer un rôle plus déterminant qu’auparavant dans le registre pédagogique. Cette orientation pose la question de leur légitimité dans ce domaine. L’article montre qu’elle n’est que partiellement reconnue par les enseignants, qui leur contestent cette compétence. À partir d’une enquête nationale qui a permis d’interroger par questionnaire 332 chefs d’établissement, la recherche vise à identifier et à analyser les conflits qui opposent les deux catégories de personnels. Leur mésentente peut affecter le fonctionnement harmonieux de l’établissement.
