Abstract
Résumé L’implantation d’une culture d’intrapreneuriat propice à l’innovation peut apparaître comme une bonne façon de sauver une entreprise en difficulté. Dans cette optique, des dirigeants peuvent investir pour offrir une formation à l’intrapreneuriat à leur personnel clé afin de l’inciter à faire preuve d’initiative. Toutefois, faute de temps et de moyens, les intrapreneurs en herbe peuvent alors être renvoyés à leurs palettes et tous les participants à la formation se retrouver seuls face à l’échec. À travers une étude de cas, l’article relate le contexte et le déroulement d’un programme de formation à l’intrapreneuriat qui a déçu les attentes en regard de la requalification d’un groupe de chercheurs de la R&D. Nous verrons qu’il importe de bien se soucier du contexte organisationnel et des raisons pour lesquelles une formation à l’intrapreneuriat est lancée.
