Abstract
Le but de cette étude est d'identifier, à la lumière de l'effet Pygmalion, le type de préférences que des éducatrices en milieu de garde entretiennent vis- à-vis des enfants. La collecte des données a été menée à l'aide d'un questionnaire visant à faire émerger les éléments positifs et négatifs à la source d'attentes élevées ou faibles. La description des résultats renseigne sur les préférences des éducatrices à l'égard des enfants, plus particulièrement en ce qui a trait à l'apparence physique et aux réalisations de ces derniers.
