Abstract
Plusieurs recherches ont mis en lumière la détérioration des conditions de travail associées à certaines formes d’emploi atypiques et l’incapacité des normes minimales du travail québécoises à offrir une protection équivalente à tous les types de travailleurs. Cet article évalue la mise en oeuvre de certaines dispositions de la Loi sur les normes du travail (LNT) en fonction de différentes formes d’emploi. Les données sont issues d’un sondage mené en 2010 auprès de 3 413 salariés québécois non syndiqués. Les résultats montrent que l’emploi temporaire est associé à un plus grand risque d’infractions à certaines dispositions de la LNT.
