Abstract
Dans cette publication nous souhaitons aborder la question de la diversité sous l’angle d’une petite et moyenne entreprise (PME). Il est souvent évoqué que les démarches diversité dans des PME sont différentes de celles des grandes entreprises. L’objectif de cet article est tout d’abord de montrer que les PME s’engagent également et que leurs approches ne sont pas aussi éloignées de celles des grands groupes. D’un point de vue théorique, nous souhaitons démontrer à travers une étude empirique, que l’intégration de la diversité peut emmener les entreprises de petite et moyenne taille d’une approche traditionnelle en ressources humaines (RH) vers une approche renouvelée dite stratégique.
