Abstract
Cet article présente les résultats obtenus auprès de 118 enseignants d’une commission scolaire de Montréal lors de la passation de questionnaires destinés à mesurer les relation entre l’anxiété, comme manifestation du stress, vécue au travail et la perception du climat organisationnel. Les résultats obtenus révèlent, entre autres, que les enseigants qui perçoivent le climat de leur école comme participactif sont, de façon significative, moins anxieux que leurs homologues qui perçoivent le climat comme consultatif.
