Abstract
Les personnes infectées par le VIH présentent une vulnérabilité aux complications psychologiques et neuropsychiatriques. L'état actuel des connaissances indique que les syndromes cérébraux organiques et les troubles d'adaptation sont parmi les complications les plus fréquentes nécessitant une intervention psychiatrique. Les troubles affectifs sont une autre complication possible. L'auteur fait une mise à jour des connaissances actuelles sur la nature de ces troubles et leur traitement.
