Abstract
Les thérapies cognitives béhaviorales (TCB) ont vu leur succès s'accroître récemment, en particulier dans le traitement des délires chez les personnes souffrant de troubles mentaux graves. Plusieurs questions demeurent sans réponse, particulièrement quant aux ingrédients actifs dans l'efficacité de ce mode d'intervention. Les auteurs proposent une réflexion intégrative où les facteurs communs comme les variables du client, du thérapeute et de la relation, servent de pistes d'exploration et d'explication.
