Abstract
Cette recherche explore les composantes de la relation « autonomie-contrôle » dans le processus d’appropriation des outils de gestion (ODG). Elle mobilise la théorie de la régulation sociale (TRS) de Reynaud (1999, 2003, 2004) et s’appuie sur une étude empirique quantitative, menée auprès des membres de la DFCG 1 . L’analyse des résultats via le prisme de la TRS permet d’identifier six classes contribuant à une meilleure compréhension des modes d’articulation entre régulations de contrôle et autonomes, tant du point de vue des formes de compromis que de celui des voies d’échange.
