Abstract
La possibilité d’action de la médecine moderne a essentiellement porté sur une modification de l’espace du corps, auquel s’est ajouté un quadrillage de l’espace social, surveillant les corps. La médicalisation actuelle semble changer de paradigme et se fonder sur une inscription temporelle inédite du corps. Parallèlement, la régulation des corps s’effectue le plus souvent par l’intériorisation d’une norme temporelle, dont témoigne le recours aux médicaments. Cet article montre comment la médicalisation actuelle du social semble passer d’une logique disciplinaire (investissement spatial du corps) à une transformation de sa structure temporelle.
