Abstract
Aujourd'hui, douze ans après la publication de La santé des femmes au travail, la majorité des recherches sur la santé au travail faites au Québec et ailleurs ne concernent que les hommes. Pourtant les caissières sont toujours atteintes de problèmes de dos et de varices, les couturières d'inflammations, les travailleuses d'hôpitaux de fatigue et d'insomnie, entre autres. Le retard des chercheuses et des chercheurs à reconnaître ces problèmes peut être attribué non seulement au sexisme mais aussi au fait que les outils de recherche sont développés en fonction du travail traditionnellement masculin et ne sont pas bien adaptés au travail féminin.
