Abstract
Dans cet article, nous abordons la question de la construction identitaire professionnelle chez des personnes issues de l’immigration, donc en transition et en reconstruction identitaire au niveau de leur nationalité. L’interaction entre ces représentations d’Autrui et de Soi situées professionnellement et intégrées au système identitaire à travers le prisme de la subjectivité permet d’accéder aux mécanismes de transformation de ces représentations et au rôle de l’affect. La dimension temporelle marque la dynamique entre les représentations identitaires ethnoculturelles, nationales et professionnelles. L’analyse est appuyée par la présentation d’un cas où sont présentées l’interaction entre ces représentations construites par Autrui à propos de Soi et leur intégration par le sujet.
