Generation and transport of charge carriers in polymers under transient voltages
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Studies on electrical conduction in polymers continue to attract considerable interest due to their relevance in practical applications. Compared with the studies on currents with application of voltage over long durations of 10-10/sup 5/ s studies on currents with transient voltages have received less attention. In this investigation, transient currents were measured in several high temperature materials with step voltages having a rise time of 1 /spl mu/s and a duration of 2 s. The field strength varied from 1.67 MV m/sup -1/ to 20 MV m/sup -1/. Current signals were sampled by a detecting series resistor and a wide band amplifier which was connected to a 200 MHz digital oscilloscope and a personal computer: The temperature was varied over a range of 50/spl deg/C-200/spl deg/C. The dependence of current on the electric field and temperature in several materials Is discussed in the light of various theories of conduction mechanisms.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
