Abstract
Comment intervenir pour favoriser l’agir ensemble en protection de l’enfance en France ? C’est à cette question que s’intéresse cet article d’un point de vue théorique et pratique. Nous montrons que si la participation des « premiers concernés » est un principe érigé comme finalité de l’action sociale, les interventions sociales collectives avec les jeunes sortant de la protection de l’enfance restent balbutiantes. Ceci est lié à la difficulté de définir qui sont les « premiers concernés » en protection de l’enfance et de concevoir leur citoyenneté pratique. Mais comment dans ces conditions favoriser des actions communautaires ascendantes, tenant compte de la perspective subjective des jeunes, sans les stigmatiser ?
