Abstract
Le changement climatique est une préoccupation ayant émergé récemment dans le champ du développement durable. Les espaces urbains jouent un rôle majeur dans l'inclusion des impératifs du changement climatique au coeur de la ville durable, mais le risque, qui commence à se vérifier, est que les politiques urbaines durables se réduisent à la composante climatique, au détriment de questions aussi importantes que les conditions de vie ou les inégalités environnementales, par exemple. Est-il possible de remédier à cette situation et, si oui, selon quelles règles et quels arbitrages?
