Abstract

Endometrial cancer is one of malignant epithelial tumors in the uterus. In China, the morbidity and mortality of this malignant tumor is in a rapid increase, and endometrial carcinoma badly threaten the health of female. However, it’s not clear about the pathogeny of endometrial carcinoma. Its pathogenesis was complicated. Occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma is a lengthy process, and in the process signaling pathways abnormal changes with the result that the abnormal regulation of cell proliferation and apoptosis may play an important role. In this paper, the researches of signaling pathway in endometrial carcinoma are reviewed.
