Abstract

L’objectif premier de cet article est d’illustrer, dans le domaine de la recherche appliquée et partenariale, une utilisation du modèle psychoéducatif s’inspirant de la théorie historico-culturelle de Vygotski (1929/2004; 1934/1978). De plus, les auteures tentent d’intégrer au processus d’apprentissage présenté les étapes du changement de Pastor et Bréard (2004), lesquelles s’inspirent des écrits de Lewin (1951) visant une coconstruction des changements. L’exemple de mise en application donné permet de mettre en relief les efforts des intervenants dans les centres de petite enfance (CPE), des organisations d’économie sociale des régions de l’Abitibi-Témiscamingue et du Nord-du-Québec afin, dans un premier temps, de s’engager dans un processus d’amélioration continue de la qualité éducative et, par la suite, de maintenir ces efforts pour que les pratiques nouvelles s’intègrent à leur quotidien.
