Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract We have used the 4 × 4 Luttinger–Kohn Hamiltonian to analyse the presence of delta‐strain in quantum well on the polarization properties of semiconductor optical amplifiers. The analysis is performed for a 1.55 μm InGaAsP/InP lattice matched system grown in the [001] direction with and without the electrostatic effects of the carrier charges. The importance of electrostatic effects is indicated. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Microwave Opt Technol Lett 35: 227–230, 2002; Published online in Wiley InterScience (www.interscience.wiley.com). Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
