Arne Hintz e bolsista de pos-doutorado no Departamento de Historia da Arte e Estudos da Comunicacao na Universidade McGill, de Montreal. Sua pesquisa se concentra na politica de comunicacao, sociedade civil e midia alternativa. Ele e gerente no projeto de investigacao internacional Mapeamento de Politica de Midia e vice-presidente da Secao de Comunicacao Comunitaria e tambem do Grupo de Trabalho de Politica de Midia Global da Associacao Internacional de Pesquisa em Midia e Comunicacao (IAMCR). Ele ja trabalhou em Jornalismo, ativismo de midia e mobilizacao de politicas. Nessa entrevista ele fala sobre o projeto que gerencia, alem de iniciativas relacionadas as Politicas de Comunicacao na Europa, America Latina e outros paises.
