Abstract
- Sur plusieurs points, l'enseignement a bien atteint le stade de la professionnalisation. Il suffit d'invoquer le niveau, le durée et l'organisation de la formation initiale, les nouvelles normes et les nouvelles pratiques de super- vision, la codification réduite des tâches, la mise à disposition de personnel spécialisé. Une analyse plus fine des pratiques ambiantes et des normes de la conduite du travail pédagogique de soi et d'autrui suggère que les attitudes et les conduites plus "archétypales" tiennent encore le haut du pavé.
