Cet article présente les premiers résultats d’une recherche exploratoire qui visait à valider les prédicteurs de l’engagement et de la persévérance, identifiés par une recension des écrits, auprès d’étudiants et de professeurs à l’intérieur de trois programmes innovants de premier cycle à l’Université de Sherbrooke. Plus précisément, il est question d’explorer quantitativement et qualitativement les caractéristiques de l’engagement et de la persévérance des principaux acteurs du programme. Trois dispositifs de formation innovants sont concernés : le baccalauréat en génie électrique, le baccalauréat en génie informatique et le pré- doctorat en médecine. Cet article mettra en avant les données issues du questionnaire rempli par les étudiants.
