Abstract
RÉSUMÉ / SUMMARY Éléments d'anthropologie des lieux de travail : le cas d'une brasserie au Togo Deux questions orientent cette étude de l'usine togolaise la Brasserie du Bénin : l'univers du travail fournit-il aux salariés des cadres de références identitaires ? l'organisation taylorienne du travail permet-elle, et dans quelles limites, une présence efficace des systèmes de références ethniques ? L'étude de l'entreprise est menée à partir d'une lecture spatio-temporelle (dans le taylorisme, l'espace est soumis aux temporalités du processus productif) et anthropologique (les caractéristiques sociales, les pratiques de travail et les relations inter-personnelles de la main-d'œuvre sont restituées dans le cadre de trois types d'ensembles espace/temps/ pratiques : machine, chaCne, atelier). Puis deux productions sociales sont présentées : premièrement, un " noyau d'anciens ", doté d'un rôle disciplinaire et intégrateur, reconnu et soutenu par l'entreprise; deuxièmement, un réseau d'embauché à fondement lignager dont l'efficacité s'inscrit dans les quelques interstices du fonctionnalisme de l'organisation taylorienne du travail.
