Quoiqu’on en pense, la théologie est bel et bien présente sur la place publique. Si le théologien réussit parfois à y intervenir sur des questions d’actualité, il y trouve déjà une «théologie ordinaire», certes étrangère à ses critères académiques, mais bien vivante. L’article présente quelques interventions de théologiens canadiens et réfléchit à leur condition. Il offre aussi quelques illustrations de la présence de la théologie sur la scène sociale, particulièrement sur la scène de la musique rock et metal anglophone.
