La richesse des articles qui ont été rédigés en réponse à l’appel de ce numéro prend place dans un questionnement toujours plus aigu face aux innovations qu’empruntent les modes de satisfaction du désir d’enfant. Les unes sont admises par le législateur, d’autres s’inscrivent dans les interstices entre le permis et l’interdit, d’autres encore sont refusées alors qu’elles pourraient paraître moins audacieuses que les premières. Ce moment législatif caractérisé par son effervescence l’est aussi par ses incohérences.
