Abstract
Kapitel 1.5.2 gibt bereits einen Überblick über die Funktionen und Aufgaben des Risikomanagement. Durch den alltäglichen Kontakt der Unternehmen mit Risiken ist oftmals ein punktuelles Risikomanagement anzutreffen. Ein systematisches, strukturiertes und flächendeckendes Verfahren findet sich jedoch selten. In den folgenden Kapiteln erfährt der Leser die theoretischen Grundlagen dieser Vorgehensweise. Zuvor soll jedoch auf die Unternehmensstrategie als notwendige Voraussetzung für erfolgreiches Risikomanagement eingegangen werden.
