Abstract
Dans son texte, l'auteure présente, en marge de la réalisation au ministère du Travail d'une enquête portant sur l'évaluation des emplois et l'équité salariale au Québec, des éléments de réflexion sur l'importance de la compréhension des rapports sociaux de genre pour espérer atteindre une véritable « neutralité » dans l'évaluation des emplois. Elle identifie cinq axes d'analyse des rapports sociaux de genre appliqués au travail et discute de la pertinence de leur utilisation éventuelle dans le cadre des processus d'élaboration et de révision des systèmes d'évaluation d'emplois dans les milieux de travail.
