<titre>R&#233;sum&#233;</titre>Alors que pr&#232;s de 400 000 r&#233;fugi&#233;s palestiniens sont install&#233;s au Liban, ce pays accueille &#233;galement des r&#233;fugi&#233;s non palestiniens dont le nombre varie de quelques centaines de r&#233;fugi&#233;s reconnus par le HCR &#224; quelque 30 000 &#224; 40 000 selon des sources non officielles, incluant de nombreux migrants &#171;&#160;irr&#233;guliers&#160;&#187; venant essentiellement d&#8217;Irak et du Soudan. Dans une certaine mesure le Liban peut &#234;tre consid&#233;r&#233; comme un pays de destination o&#249; les r&#233;fugi&#233;s peuvent trouver un asile temporaire avant de pouvoir retourner dans leur pays d&#8217;origine. Cependant, pour de nombreux autres r&#233;fugi&#233;s le Liban est consid&#233;r&#233; comme un pays de transit vers l&#8217;Europe de l&#8217;ouest, l&#8217;Am&#233;rique du nord ou l&#8217;Australie. La p&#233;riode de transit pouvant durer plusieurs mois, voire plusieurs ann&#233;es, les r&#233;fugi&#233;s adoptent des strat&#233;gies de survie face &#224; l&#8217;extr&#234;me pr&#233;carit&#233; de leur statut. Bas&#233; sur des donn&#233;es empiriques, cet article vise &#224; discuter les implications th&#233;oriques de l&#8217;&#233;tude des mouvements de r&#233;fugi&#233;s en relation avec le d&#233;veloppement de pratiques transnationales au Moyen-Orient.
