Abstract
Cet article traite d’une expérience d’intégration des technologies de l’information et de la communication menée auprès de quatre enseignants du primaire, de leurs élèves et des parents de ces élèves, provenant de milieux socioéconomiques moyens ou faibles. L’objectif est de mieux comprendre comment les TIC peuvent favoriser une meilleure collaboration école-famille. Les auteurs analysent l’impact d’une utilisation accrue du courriel sur la communication enseignant-parent, enfant-enfant et parent-enfant, mais aussi sur la réussite scolaire des élèves. Les résultats sont présentés en lien avec les défis inhérents à la formation pratique des futurs enseignants qui, lors de leurs stages, ne peuvent plus simultanément répondre aux besoins multiples des élèves et favoriser leur réussite scolaire sans une collaboration marquée des parents.
