Abstract
Cet article prend appui sur une recherche internationale réalisée pour le compte de la Commission européenne dans le cadre du programme “FORCE ” Cette recherche répond à deux finalités principales : Les cas présentés permettent une clarification du contexte et des problématiques de la formation continue de quatre entreprises de quatre pays différents dans le secteur agroalimentaire. Le modèle de comparaison utilisé comprend six niveaux d’analyse :
