Abstract
Ces dernières années, la science appliquée a été fortement critiquée comme stratégie de renouvellement des pratiques et une nouvelle épistémologie de l’agir professionnel comportant différentes démarches axées sur l’analyse des pratiques est d’ailleurs apparue. Très peu de recherches ont été faites pour décrire et comprendre ce qui se vit au cours de ces activités d’autoformation et de co-formation. Dans cet article, nous nous centrons sur le processus de transformation intérieure d’éducateurs engagés dans une démarche collective d’analyse de leur agir professionnel qui visaient à les aider à prendre conscience des dimensions personnelles et affectives qui entrent en jeu dans les interactions. L’analyse des récits construits à partir des productions des participants a permis de faire ressortir huit constituants. Leurs manifestations et leurs interactions ont été décrites. Les constituants identifiés correspondent de manière générale à ce qui a été observé par les principaux chercheurs consultés. La représentation proposée du processus de transformation intérieure et la mise en évidence de l’intentionnalité dans celui-ci, constituent la contribution principale de cette recherche.
