Lorsqu’éclate la révolution de 1911, l’attitude des puissances étrangères se met en place de façon empirique. Coupés de leur hiérarchie, ce sont les diplomates en poste qui doivent prendre l’initiative. Et si l’attitude du consul français Réau avait permis le succès du soulèvement du Double Dix ?
