Abstract
Notre étude concerne le personnel éducatif des établissements du secondaire. Elle se centre sur la prise en compte des émotions dans l’activité réelle de ce personnel. Ces émotions interviennent lors de perturbations scolaires. Elles enclenchent une dynamique cognitivo-émotionnelle qui gère des comportements réponses. Ces comportements ne s’inscrivent pas dans des pratiques professionnelles réfléchies. La problématique posée et les résultats obtenus, grâce à une analyse de similitude, incitent à proposer une réflexion sur l’inscription méthodologique, dans les programmes de formation, des bases utiles à la gestion des perturbations scolaires.
