Abstract
La notion de « programme » est particulièrement nébuleuse dans le jargon pédagogique courant. La théorie de l’action de Parsons permet de circonscrire de façon un peu plus précise le phénomène de l’action pédagogique. Un jumelage pertinent du schème conceptuel de Parsons et des fondements philosophiques de la planification, tels qu’exposés par Pierre Massé, contribue à faire ressortir la dynamique délibérative qui constitue l’essence même de l’élaboration de plans d’action pédagogique. Le modèle qui émane de l’argumentation se veut de nature systémique et le processus qu’il révèle est qualifié de séquentiel, cumulatif et cyclique. Cet article ne constitue qu’un déblayage de départ d’un secteur théorique passablement touffu et désormais ouvert aux défricheurs.
