Abstract
Les soins orientés vers la réadaptation demandent l'intervention d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire, pour une démarche thérapeutique composite, dans le cadre d'un réseau institutionnel. L'approche écosystémique s'avère utile pour la compréhension du fonctionnement de l'appareil institutionnel et pour l'étude de l'organisation ou de la dynamique évolutive des systèmes soignants complexes. Dans une optique où la réadaptation est conçue comme un processus de développement, diverses expériences montrent l'utilité d'adapter l'appareil institutionnel pour favoriser la créativité du système soignant afin qu'il soit suffisamment différencié et autonome pour coévoluer avec le système soigné, en s'adaptant à ses besoins, sans être piégé par la routine institutionnelle.
