On behalf of the organizing and program committee, we would like to welcome you to the 29thIEEE International Conference on Computer Design 2011. The International Conference on Computer Design (ICCD) encompasses a wide range of technical topics and provides an ideal environment to discuss practical and theoretical work that enables cross-pollination. The ICCD venue and program reflect this goal. This year the conference is being held at the beautiful campus of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, United States.
