Abstract

As concerned by the international society, climate change is now overshadowing anti-terrorism, nuclear proliferation to become the issue most concerned in the world. by introducing the effects of climate change to human being in economical and social fields and the essence of seizing superior place for energy development and economic competition in the future, the paper analyses the attitudes and measures of developed and developing countries against climate change. From the perspectives of clean development mechanism (CDM), voluntary carbon market (VCM), energy audits and potential carbon asset investment, this paper discusses the feasible paths to fight climate change for Chinese chemical industry and summarizes the main areas in which Chinese chemical industry carries out CDM projects, such as direct greenhouse gas emission reduction, energy conservation and energy efficiency improvement, fuel and raw material substitute, and carbon capture and sequestration. It provides effective technical paths and policy-making reference to the developing countries represented by China on how to fight climate change in chemical field. Key words: Climate Change, Chinese chemical industry, Clean Development Mechanism Resume: Comme concerne par la societe international, le changement meteorologique assombrit maintenant l’anti-terrorisme, la proliferation nucleaire de sorte a devenir le probleme le plus concerne dans le monde. Par l’introduction des effets du changement meteorologique a l’etre humain dans les champs economique et social et l’essence de la place superieure prise pour le developpement d’energie et la competition economique a venir, cette memoire analyse les attitudes et les mesures des pays developpes et en voie de developpement contre le changement meteorologique. De la perspectives du mecanisme du developpement propre(MDP), du marche de carbone volontaire(MCV), des audits d’energie et de l’investissement de l’actif de carbone potentiel, cette memoire discute des chemins possibles vers la lutte contre le changement meteorologique en faveur de l’industrie chimique chinoise et resume les principales zones dans lesquelles l’industrie chimique chinoise execute les plans du MDP, tels que la reduction de l’emission de gaz de serre directe, la conservation de l’energie, et l’amelioration efficience de l’energie, les remplacants du carburant et de matiere brute, et la capture et la mise sous sequestre du carbone. Elle propose des chemins techniques effectifs et des references qui formulent des politiques pour les pays en voie de developpement representes par la Chine sur la lutte contre le changement meteorologique dans le champs chimique.
